• Conversations. The prompts you send and the responses you receive, so we can show your chat history and improve reliability.
• Usage data. Limited, aggregated signals such as feature usage and performance metrics that help us keep the product fast and stable.
• Billing data. Handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use your information

• To provide the core chat experience and route prompts to the right model.

Model providers

JumpGPT routes prompts to third-party model providers (for example the makers of GPT-5.5, Claude Opus 4.8, and Gemini 3.1 Pro) to generate responses. Your prompt content is shared with the selected provider only to produce your answer, subject to that provider's terms. We choose providers that support reasonable data handling commitments.

Data retention

We keep conversations and account data while your account is active. You can delete individual chats at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data. Some records may be retained where required by law.

Security
