These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JumpGPT. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Using JumpGPT
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your region.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping it secure.
- Do not use JumpGPT for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, or in ways that violate a model provider's usage policies.
Plans and billing
JumpGPT offers a free tier supported by ads and a paid Pro tier. Paid plans renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice.
Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the outputs you receive, to the extent permitted by law and by the relevant model provider. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, such as storing your chats and routing prompts to providers.
AI outputs
AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. JumpGPT does not guarantee any particular result.
Acceptable use
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
- No generating content that infringes others' rights or violates law.
- No reselling access without authorization.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using JumpGPT and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JumpGPT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
